I have lived in Guelph and surrounding areas since 1990. I received my Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

I have worked in sales, marketing, purchasing, and senior management for a variety of companies in Canada, the US and England. I was lucky enough to have had a mentor who was a master negotiator, the skills I learned from him have been invaluable to me and more importantly to my clients.

I became a Realtor® because of my passion for real estate. I am a veteran renovator/builder. I have developed a keen eye for value and this combined with my extensive construction and renovation knowledge enable me to provide my clients with an invaluable resource to help them achieve their dreams.

The Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph area has been my home for all of my life. As a result I have in depth knowledge of the area which is of great benefit to my clients.

I have a diploma in Business Adminstration from Wilfrid Laurier University. My career has spanned sales, marketing and accounting.

You might say that real estate is in my blood. My family has been in the real estate business for over 40 years as developers and investors. I have been involved in real estate for many years as a property manager, investor and a Realtor®

Years of being involved in our family real estate business has allowed me to develop expertise in the field of investment real estate, with a specific emphasis on student housing.
