You might say that real estate is in my blood!

My family has been in the real estate business for over 40 years both as developers and investors.  Years of being involved in our family real estate business has allowed me to develop expertise in the field of investment real estate, with a specific emphasis on student housing. My experience as a property manager, as well as my personal experience as a real estate investor allows me to be an great resource for new real estate investors.

I am also an Accredited Staging Professional® and provide my staging services to our clients to help them maximize the selling price of their home.

The Kitchener/Waterloo/Guelph area has been my home for all of my life,  as a result I have in-depth knowledge of the area.

I have a Diploma in General Business from Conestoga College and a Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. My career has spanned sales, marketing and accounting.
