Jeff Van de Vorst

I became a Realtor® because of my passion for real estate. Shortly after I graduated from university I bought my first fixer-upper and I have been renovating homes ever since.  As a result I have developed a keen eye for sifting out good real estate  investments from bad ones. This combined with my extensive hands-on construction and renovation knowledge enables me to provide my clients with an invaluable resource to help them achieve their dreams.

In addition to being a Realtor® I  am also a licensed Mortgage Agent with Centum Discount Mortgage Canada Inc.  This gives me the unique ability to provide you with one-stop shopping for your real estate needs, including the financing of investment properties.

After receiving my  Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and I worked in sales, marketing, purchasing, and senior management for a variety of companies in Canada, the US and England. Early in my career I was lucky enough to have had a mentor who was a highly skilled negotiator. The skills I learned from him have been invaluable to me and more importantly to my clients.
